Construction firm Barton Malow Builders (Southfield, Mich.) has elevated Shannon Brokenshire to director of business strategy for its commercial and institutional division, which specializes in building projects including those in the healthcare sector.

Brokenshire will support the firm’s work in the Midwest, reporting to Marisa Varga, vice president of business strategy.
