Community Health Network and Notable partner to enhance access – GWC Mag

Community Health Network and Notable have announced an enterprise-wide partnership to increase access and reduce administrative burden.

The partnership will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance administrative efficiency.

Notable’s AI platform will initially be deployed across the enterprise to concentrate on automating chart reviews, scheduling care gaps, and pre-visit planning.

These areas were chosen due to their historically resource-intensive nature, often requiring substantial time from clinicians and staff for patient record analysis and administrative tasks.

The deployment of AI and automation is expected to alleviate these demands, allowing healthcare professionals to focus more on patient care.

The partnership also intends to automate processes to address care gaps, thereby improving the quality of healthcare services.

Community Health Network plans to leverage Flow Studio, a no-code interface of Notable that allows for the creation, configuration, deployment, and monitoring of custom automation.

This tool will enable clinical and patient experience enhancements by allowing approved staff to manage tasks such as identifying care gaps with Notable’s Patient AI, extracting essential chart data, and engaging patients for self-scheduling.

The AI interface will facilitate the seamless addition of scheduled appointments back into the Electronic Health Records (EHR), completing a round-trip process without staff intervention.

Analytics provided by the platform will also help in monitoring and improving patient outcomes continuously.

Notable co-founder and CEO Pranay Kapadia said: “Rather than have clinicians spend hours daily reviewing charts or culling through data, we built an AI platform that integrates with all the major EHRs to do that heavy lifting automatically.

“Patient AI identifies and orchestrates the next best action for every patient without staff intervention.

“Our unique ability to take action based on intelligence gives patients a better experience, leads to higher quality care, and frees staff to take on more complex and fulfilling work.”
