Salaried GPs should not work overtime without extra pay, says BMA – GWC Mag

Salaried GPs should refuse to work overtime unless they have agreed an acceptable rate of pay, which should be at least one-and-a-half times their usual hourly rate, the BMA has advised in new guidance.
