The first phase of the UF Health Durbin Park development will include a 395,000-square-foot, 150-bed hospital with a focus on orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiovascular medicine, and women’s services, as well as acute, intensive, and emergency care. The hospital will comprise operating rooms and an imaging suite and hybrid labs for interventional procedures. A multidisciplinary medical office building (MOB) and an ambulatory surgery center are also planned. The ambulatory surgery center will include orthopedics and other surgical services, and house operating and procedural rooms, office space, and rehabilitation facilities. It is expected to open by late 2025.
