– The multinational corporation will increase US manufacturing capacity more than 20GW by 2025.

Power Electronics, a leading manufacturer of solar inverters for photovoltaic plants and energy storage has unveiled its local manufacturing plan at RE+, the most significant event in the renewable energy sector in North America.

From September 11th to 14th, attendees at Power Electronics booth #1723 obtained detailed information about this exciting project, designed to significantly increase its production capacity more than 20 GW by 2025 with its e-mobility, solar and energy solutions.

Covering an expansive area of 45 acres and designed with the latest manufacturing and assembly technologies to serve as an optimal hub for manufacturing and distributing their products across the country. Moreover, this endeavor underscores the company’s commitment, aspiring to foster the creation of more than 600 job opportunities.

Power Electronics’ new project in the U.S. will fortify its position as a market leader supporting its 60GW actually in operation and will play a crucial role in the country’s renewable energy industry, which aims to generate 80% of its energy from renewable sources by 2030.

David Salvo, CEO of Power Electronics stated, “We have a strong commitment with our customers that includes supplying future projects with US technology and local manufacturing, we believe energy is a national security matter, and it is important to control the supply chain and the origin of the technology used for generating it”.
